Every day The Wellington City Mission assists the lives of over 700 people throughout the Greater Wellington area in various ways. We are not able to do this alone - we would love your help!
There are lots of different ways you can help us:
Every year, operating The Mission's community service programmes cost over $3 million to run. 80% of the income needed to meet this cost will come from donations, grants, contractual agreements and special fundraising events such as street appeals and recipient charity activities.
We are reliant on the ongoing goodwill of Wellingtonians to meet this cost.
By supporting The Mission you are supporting your community. Only by working together can we achieve the goal of making a better life for all Wellingtonians.

We are registered with the Charities Commission
On the 13th of March 2008 the Charities Commission registered The Wellington City Mission and its various subsidiaries as charitable entities under the Charities Act 2005. Our registration numbers are:
