Executive Assistant

The Wellington City Mission is one of Wellington's longest established providers of social support to individuals and families in need, having served the community for over 115 years.

The Wellington City Mission prides itself on being open to anyone who needs assistance, regardless of religious belief, age, ethnicity or social background. Our four Mission programmes (Families, Youth, Independence and Seniors) are open to everyone living in the Greater Wellington region.

Reporting to the City Missioner, the key focus of this role is to provide professional, consistent and high-quality administration and coordination services and project support to the City Missioner, the Fundraising & Marketing Manager, the MLT and the WCM Board. The successful applicant will have excellent experience as an executive assistant and have a passion for seeing the lives of those most in need transformed. 

This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours (full-time) per week from our Newtown office.
